As a Sales Associate at our Diamond Manufacturing Company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and representing our brand to customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our diamond products, and achieving sales targets. Requirements
- Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience.Develop creative design concepts, considering the clients' branding guidelines, objectives, and industry standards.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our diamond products, including cut, clarity, color, and carat weight. Stay updated on industry trends and educate customers on the unique features and benefits of our diamonds.Ensure that designs are optimized for printing, including setting up proper color profiles, resolutions, and bleeds.
- Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate diamond products. Utilize sales techniques to close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine and revise designs as needed.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining an attractive and organized sales floor, including product displays and signage, to enhance the customer experience.
